Story Mode:

When entering an Elite Dungeon an easier version where all enemies are 50% less health and deal 90% less damage. Most achievements cannot be completed in story mode, nor do the enemies drop anything apart from the bosses, who drop only lore books. The drop rate of the lore books (Crassian Allegiance and Himiko's Vision) is increased in story mode. The amount of Dungeoneering tokens awarded is also reduced by 90% in story mode. Dying in the dungeons, regardless of setting, is considered unsafe death.

(BOSS POPUP SCREEN-BOX-MESSAGE) : Verak Lith slams his tail against the ground, the earth shakes beneath your feet! As the Magma Spire prepares to unleash fiery of energy, be ready to Switch your prayer from Magic protection to melee protection just before the spire materializes. This timely switching will reduce a little incoming damage from the spire’s arrival. The energy from the Magma Spire acts as a protective shield for Verak Lith and to deal damage again to Verak Lith, you will need to focus your efforts on destroying the spire. Once the spire is shattered, Verak Lith becomes vulnerable.

Opposite Egg Match (Ricochet)
(BOSS POPUP SCREEN-BOX-MESSAGE) : Verak Lith's shock ricochets off you and high into the air! The shockwave rebounds off you, soaring skyward. Watch closely for the ground arrow point that materializes on the battlefield. Swiftly move to stand directly under the arrow point. Your precise placement is crucial to intercepting the ricochet. As the ricochet descends. Your mastery over the elements will determine your success. Swiftly disperse the absorbed energy by transforming it into the correct pile of eggs within the combat arena and will neutralize all the ricochet damage, if you are delaying too long without releasing the energy into a pile of eggs after you've cached you're now going to be absorbing the energy explosion and unleashing in a force of 9,000 damage on you.

Black Dragon Dive Bomb
(BOSS POPUP SCREEN-BOX-MESSAGE) : A black dragon is dive bombing you! Watch out! notifies you that a fire attack is incoming: A black dragon descends, flames billowing down in your direction creating a flame wall that burns for little before burning out on the battlefield. The attack follows a straight-line trajectory. Swift Evasion: As the on-screen-message appears, move slightly to the side as this will ensure you dodge the fire attack safely.

As the little flame ignites, act swiftly. Move to the opposite side of Verak Lith. This strategic positioning will help you avoid the heavy flaming tornado attacks.

Mechanics

Evade the ice spike attack by moving left or right, when screen quivers.

- Black hands (can be safe spotted)
The Hand conjures a shadowy orb that relentlessly tracks your movements. When the shadow ball reaches you, it explodes. The Hand summons a horde of smaller ground hands. These hands strike with remarkable force, dealing substantial damage. Their attack trajectory is straight and predictable. Your defense: step away from their path to avoid their punishing blows.

The dragon takes to the skies, soaring off the map and will land several-times each landing accompanied by a lightning-charged attack as it casts a powerful spell directly beneath its feet and easy for you to dodge. The Black Stone Dragon remains immune to damage until a message appears above its head: “SHOW ME THE LIGHT!” You can now finish off the Black Stone Dragon.
