Alright, Since JaGex always has to copy & paste user names i would like a new system that saves time, other than only having reply now you have one extra bar box.

[Get User Name] - [Message Reply]

The System edit lets you put any type of greeting message in, and it saves on the J-mod system.


Edit Drop down profile.
This will be a files that are edit able files, and saves time other than having to pull the text from another area to post to another person again & again as it will be a ghost edit text until you wish to have it submitted and ready for view by all.

(Yes, the files for the drop profile will have a special area in case you ever wanted to edit and save inside the JaGex system but you can not change and save by the drop down profile system, it's just a basic text reader that will do ghost editor text).

Alright, now if you don't put mod name it will send the message to the department team inbox for them to read as its not a ASAP message. *I, Thought i might want to explain on that in case it was confused at all to anyone.

New Messages
Only when another worker sends a message to that person & that Department it will light up & give a 1 new message.

It's a computer robot that will help out is much is it can, until there is a request. made. Where the chat bot can not help anymore & than will ask the user to post on the same fourm the user is on like normal.

*Example 2*
Submit a live report to Jagex. (That was recorded between the two [bot & user] and than repeat what was talked about inside the chat text box) - (JAGEX LTD can use this to help add extra support to the user end). - Even could add & say please keep a eye out for a message inside your in-game box every one hour, many ways it can be worked out.

> This chat bot will not host live support or link to a Jagex worker is my plan other than offer the basic support needs, of any safe support line. Anything asked inside the chat box will be the robot speaking back to this user & will make this perfectally clear there is no live support when typing here. (This, allows questions to be asked). Without waiting for a live support worker to get back, with a run down of information that could help & add extra support.

Lets say, you where paying a bill & you have to push numbers on a phone to talk to a live person. It's almost the same way & optional to even use the chat robot text box.

Let's say you made a payment and you've not gained mamebership, & the robot will say "The payment is pending" Now this give you a list of how you could of payed & offer information to the company (let's say Paypal); & the waiting time it can take up to. (Just, one way it could help out). You have to be logged into the fourms under your name to use, this will never give out impartant information about any account to anyone, only basic information over that user. (A very safe way with adding extra support for all forum users)
