Extra ideas:

• Add a ticket counter system such as Pest-Control to hold game tickets out of bank.
• Fire arrows should light barricades. How to light (Oil & rag around the arrow).
• Time penalty to leave safe room after killed by your base doors.
• Low chance of having to repair any armour from PvP or have lower gear stats.
• Add (God Rings) to castle wars reward shop list. That allows slower prayer drain.
• The might of the team will gain a new speical ability "Team strike" allows user to have a chance to hit close combat players in the same area when fighting for a limited amount of time only attacking you.
• Add sportmanship rewards for so much games in a row on large castle wars played games in the end as a goal to reach. (Gain extra tickets & you can buy sounds when taken down & killing a player in castle wars for yourself only).
• Lanthus can hold a castle war set plus halos to free up bank space without having to re-buy all parts again.
• A chance on gaining a special attack reward that is left on ground when killing only to be used in castle wars mini-game or whateve Jagex LTD wish to play with the idea.

I, personally feel this mini is one of the most un-rewarding game on runescape to date.
Meant for everyone to enjoy, No need to comment other words.

The "Castle Wars Professional Cape" is a prerequisite for the Trimmed Completionist. Loafers have unbalance castle wars tremendously. Respectively 5,000 plus games are way to high, and should be lowered to a more reasonable rewards system. (To Add) Now basically, people waiting until end games has been leading to hundreds of non-played games, and a lot of the higher player base has pride doing so. This has allowed, un-worked for high-score rank gains when they are not really playing castle wars!

There's way to much overpowered items in the game today. This makes castle wars fail. With allot of people gaining tickets for the rewards shop and others are just here to play dress-up.

Loafer tickets and rewards.

1. People, are than forced to play load's of mini-games over from updates again.
No, one should have to play 5,000 mini-games from a update added in RuneScape later on. This should be lower where cape unlocks when profound full set has been bought from lanthus castle war shop owner. The first issue of many.

2. Players are using their own items losing money. With time played. Plus real money paying for membership periods.

3. Many but not all users use, two accounts to help gain rewards. Look at YouTube for the proof! The individual. Away from keyboard , Trading there pure or own account's to gain experience & ticket rewards or for cape unlocks or they play another game and move time to time. The individual's can find castle wars boring when it comes to gameplay.

4. No auto join in lobby waiting rooms. This can allow a player to exit out & leech the rest. Once every minute has passed in lobby than any free space opened up inside castle wars a click on-screen pop-up message with a question (Yes or No) to join.

Hot.

1. Give, options to re-color profound amour sets.
2. Add more Castle war maps for new game feelings.
3. Add the castle wars theme like worlds 500 plus for theme sakes.
4. Castle wars tickets deposited straight to the bank after game.
5. Have a display screen in shop to view all the counted games played.
6. Ballista Parts do not have enough information in the reward shop.
7. Remove right click Options on lanthus. (Walk here , Cancel) on this NPC.
8. Team colors at top of barricades with a display screen count for barricades used.
9. Ballista stand remove from the crossover rock jump's or allow both to have the same spots.

Medium.

1. Larger clickable areas on water taps.
2. Take-x options on are supply tables.
3. View orbs have team colors on each side. Other than both having set blue orbs.
4. Torch lights. Running underground leading down the tunnels entrances with the team colors.

Cold.

1. Knocking down large doors show damage effects.
2. Remove full special attack re-build if killing yourself.
3. Higher smithing for higher repair on large broken doors.
4. Flag holders have frozen time limited down by 5 seconds when holding the flag.
5. Flag holder special bar. 70% used and would work almost like a dragon spear.
6. Have players kicked to the spawn rooms without moving with exit spawn time limit.
7. Collapse rocks on enemies. When anyone is frozen on any side rocks collapse auto kills anyone on the pathway of collapse. But if your teams member collapse it on your side and not frozen your allowed to jump out of pathway since its a team activity.

The Little Tweaks list.

1. Allow all helms in castle wars. (Hybrid Sets have this!)
Few feel, this can under mind magic with helmets being added in gameplay.

2. Humidify (Re-added & Limited with two casts each game with experience!)
Having humidify unlimited can make abusing glitch's already in-gameplay easier.

In-Game Problems.
~~~~~~

1. Clean up the spawn rooms.
2. No auto joining game system.
3. Remove trading options with enemy's team.
4. Old tickets & game count bug. (I know no fix).
5. Double doors being broken at start of new games.
6. Kill your own team mates with underground rocks.
7. Out of reward shop item like potions (inside castle wars).
8. Allowed to be on the top of a barricade & use attack styles.
9. View orbs can be on walls. Not obstacles on ground pathways.
10. Unfreeze yourself. When using underground pathways on ladders.
11. Players running through the barricades moving forward!. (PID Issue)
12. Base flag should return. Right back to flag stand when passing large doors.
13. Magic and range attacks, passing through castle walls from the outside areas!
14. Time limit on holding the other teams flags. (Upsets others & no sportsmanship).
15. Little locked doors can be closed and ran through. *Door glitch!*. (PID related).
16. Castle wars tickets & Dual rings in lobby room (non-combat items entering game).
17. Flag pole can be taken off stand and dropped on ground in front of pole stand. When hands are full & your inventory has only one free space open. This shouldn't be able to happen at all the flag should stay on poll stand if flag can not be wielded.

Fight Style Problems.

1. There is no room counters.
2. Don't allow dominion marker in-game.
3. Standing under a player fighting with magic.
4. Ballista platforms not setup right on the layout.
5. Hybrid helms are allowed, & other helms are not.
6. Kill yourself non stop to gain full special attack bar.
7. Summoning when it's player vs. player not pet vs. pet.
8. Zammy side has crates in-pathway at supply tables & the Sara team doesn't.
9. No death re-stocking like Soul wars & why does castle wars not have it added in?
10. Using barricades & standing on top. (Makes it more than 2 + blocks with a z-spear)

(Stacking flag)
Basically unfair as if a high-level player gets the flag, they consider the game to be essentially over, especially if their team does not have a player of matching combat ability. (This is also known as "Stacking" among the "Veterans" of Castle Wars). However, some players consider flag holding another method of strategy used to outplay the other team, even if perceived as unfair.

(Holding their own flag)
While unknown whether a glitch or not, when attacking someone who is holding their own flag with magic, that player will take damage even if the spell splashes. In the case of ancients ice spells and Zamorak Godsword special, when the spell splashes that player will not be frozen but will still take damage (Unless otherwise hit normally).

(Stacking teams)
Stacking teams, putting higher number on one of the teams sides. Than removing once game starts. Unbalanced team gameplay. No clue how to fix this issue.

There is no way to fix this in theme worlds until they first address the leech issue. It is impossible for Jagex to tell the difference between someone who is going to participate, and someone who will not. Once the leech issue is under control, the issue can be fixed with the use of logarithmic piece-wise functions that would represent a person's experience (games played) and combat levels. But as stated earlier, in the current state, there is no fix for the issue.

(Halo drain rate)
The three halos reduce prayer drain as follows -

- Guthix halo reduces the drain rate:
Prayers Clarity of Thought, Improved Reflexes, Incredible Reflexes, Chivalry, and Piety.

- Saradomin halo reduces the drain rate:
Thick Skin, Rock Skin, Steel Skin, Chivalry, and Piety.

- Zamorak halo reduces the drain rate:
Burst of Strength, Superhuman Strength, Ultimate Strength, Chivalry, and Piety.

The re-configurations should be as followed below:

Saradomin - Mage
Guthix - Ranged
Zamorak - Melee

2. No auto organization when joining a team side in castle wars. Does not have game count if waiting inside the lobby room for 10 plus minutes & you join late than. A auto join might help fix a couple issues with limits to fix rank leech added-in (I feel).
* The only Issue I could see still. Would be anyone can still leech games just as easy.

You shouldn't get credit for a game if you joined that late. I've swung the tide from a losing team to a winning team numerous times, but I am fine with not receiving credit, because it was my fault in the first place for missing the start of the game. Changing this will probably lead to world hopping issues again.

3. Teammates sabotaging your own team side how would, you fix this issue/problem?
NPC, lanthus says it's one of the main rules & shouldn't happen!

4. Automatically safes flag under rocks when killed.

When the flag-holder gets rocked underground, the flag automatically safes unless the rocks are removed before the player finishes their dying animation.
Solution: The flag should appear beside the rocks.

Hey Guys,

I'd like to make a quick post explaining why this was done. When I first found out about this method it wasn't linked to the trimmed cape. I was told by a regular castle wars player that the players were using this after the 5k req. for the trim. comp. cape to gain top rank in castle wars. Currently one game of castle wars takes 25 minutes game time plus lobby time.

Gaining top rank in castle wars without playing games was never intended and I pushed for this fix as soon as I could. So that it had minimal impact on the current ranks. The reason why this is 10 minutes and not 20 is that, I still wanted players to come in part way through the game and push for the tickets. 10 minutes is all that should be required since games are 20 minutes long and it takes 30 seconds to switch world, thus nullifying world switching as a method for quick games.

Castle war in game-reward chest.

My example would be: Let's say every 5 castle games, a reward is unlocked and the player may collect one item out of the chest, everyone may save up to 3 unlocks. This can be gear or combat items, like [Magic Runes , Arrows , vengeance tab or Unlock group vengeance tab) This can show locked mini-game spells & information if needed and the etc what JagEx wishes to add. Razz

A. No Items can not leave game.
B. No XP reward books.

Random events in mid-game. (Trolls , Archers , etc...)

• Event could happen five times a day!

I would not see anything wrong if we had a half time event, Since we can get game count at castle wars, and not having to play for the full 20 minutes but 10 minutes to have it count for are records. That would be half time with limits that I've explained below.

Adding more entertainment inside castle wars mini-games.
Example: Having high level wild boars attacking both of the teams sides, also having other random events added in would make it more entertaining place to play.

The winning team can gain a extra ticket. (No extra game counts)
Does anyone think that would be a bad idea?

Game Disables For Time Limits. (Range , Melee , Magic, Specials)

- Automatically remove helmet and cape when we click on any team enter game portal.

If castle wars had, a in-game chest. Added inside castle wars to pick weapons from. Only when randoms come out. When game has been disabled for a time limit, players may pick items out of chest. When game disabled flashes on screen and randoms come out, The icons will show what that randoms are disabled to on screen. This could add extra challenges to players inside this mini-game.

May, 10,2012
• Castle Wars barricades no longer rotate to face NPC* that are attacking them.

March 20,2012
• Hybrid armour no longer applies the damage boost in Castle Wars twice.

March 6, 2012
• Castle Wars now requires the player to remain in the game for at least 10 minutes to gain a reward, or for the game to count towards their total games played.

July 7, 2012
• The Castle Wars halos (Saradomin halo, Guthix halo and Zamorak halo) now work correctly with the Augury and Rigour prayers.
